Mocassin Project: Walking in Another's Shoe

This project focused on gaining deep insights into the daily lives of an unfamiliar persona group through ethnographic research. Working in a team, we conducted interviews, observed activities, and participated in the experiences of our chosen group, embodying the concept of "walking in another person's moccasins."

The goal was to uncover non-obvious insights that could lead to meaningful design improvements tailored to the group's needs. Our findings were presented using a range of media, including video, photos, and diagrams, to showcase the group's unique experiences and potential design solutions.

Moccasin Project: Design for Social Insight.

This project, developed for a User-Centered Design course, aimed to explore social, geographic, and cultural differences through ethnography and design. By conducting interviews and field observations, we identified user needs and cultural insights to inform design imperatives. The project drew inspiration from diverse subcultural groups, understanding their values, attitudes, and ways of life. Our goal was to create a framework that would resonate with the observed communities and broader societal challenges.

This design process culminated in a final presentation and a short film showcasing the insights and potential solutions derived from our research.
